Basic information to know:

• Check-in time begins at 4:00PM
• Check-out time is 11:00AM

• Nightly rates - $300-$400 per night
• House Cleaning Fee -  $150-$200
• County Bed Tax - 10% 
• Pet Cleaning Fee - $35
• Damage Deposit Fee - $500 refundable deposit

Please be advised of our Cancellation Policy:
 

• 14 Days or less prior to actual check-in date - No Refund
• 15-30 days prior to actual check-in date - 75% Refund
• 31 days or more prior to actual check-in date - 100% Refund

 

• If you fail to cancel your reservation, for any reason whatsoever, you will be charged the full amount of your stay unless we can re-book your vacation rental at the same rate.  For this reason, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
